Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - LTC Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36hrs per week Length: 13 weeks Requirements:
~ 1 year of Epic experience is preferred
~ Home Health or LTC experience preferred
~ Travel experience is preferred

Shift: 3x12 Days (7am-7:30pm)Ratios: 8:1 days; 13:1 nightsYears of Experience REQ: Home Health or LTC exp preferred. Travel experience is preferred.Epic REQ? 1 year of Epic experience is preferred.NoWill clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? We do not have any specific requirements around Holidays, however if the traveler is here for more than one recognized holiday we would ask them to work one of the holidays.Guaranteed Hours: 36 per weekTop 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: CVA, Dementia, RA, Afib, Hip fx, Parkinsons, BKA, PNA, COPD, BKA, Hunntington's dxCommon Equipment: This is an LTC unit; however, since it is the only LTC/Nursing Home in the PeaceHealth system, it functions more like an LTAC or step-down unit to MedSurg. We do not take trach patients, acute rehab, TPN, Bi-PAP, etc. Epic was designed as an acute care EMR and has been modified to accommodate LTC; FACILITY INFORMATIONType of Facility: Unit:4035 RN - New Horizon Long Term Care
