Job Description
Dubyne Realty Group, a fast-growing real estate team in Camas, WA, is hiring a full-time Admin & Marketing Assistant. You'll handle the operational backbone of the office, including client databases, transaction systems, gifting, scheduling, and office supplies, while also executing our marketing: managing the website and blog, overseeing social media, running ads, creating Canva mailers, and writing email campaigns. This role is execution-focused, so creative strategy isn't your responsibility, but detail-orientation and follow-through are. We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of admin or marketing experience, comfort with Google Business Suite and Canva, and their own reliable vehicle to use to run errands. Pay is $20–$23.50/hour, with paid holidays, 10 days of PTO, and a health care stipend. - $23.50 hourly General Administrative Duties Coordinate the purchasing of office equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related supplies and materials Keep the office tidy and organized Input all necessary information into client relationship management programs and transaction management systems. Input all client information into the client database system Manage buyers under contract with gifting system and review requests The marketing roles of this job are mainly execution and procurement; creative campaign work is not a part of this role Manage and update agent website(s), blog(s) and online listings Make thumbnails for Instagram and Facebook videos Upload website blog posts 1
- 3 years minimum Administrative or Marketing experience (required) ~ Google Business Suite savvy ~ Must have your own car that you can drive for errands (mileage will be reimbursed) ~ Real estate industry experience is a bonus (or financial, mortgage, or insurance industries) ~ Dubyne Realty Group is a quickly growing real estate team located in Camas, WA.
