Responsibilities:

The primary function of the Agency Information Management and Software Services (AIMSS) program (formerly Missile Defense Data Center (MDDC) is to operate and maintain the single authoritative data repository responsible for the implementation of all required data protections necessary to ensure secure archival and distribution of historical, current and future Missile Defense System (MDS) test data.



**This role is contingent upon contract award**

Responsibilities

Provides technical and project management oversight for assigned projects or major phases of significant projects or programs by coordinating the efforts of designated technical staff.
Organizes projects and distributes task workloads within specified budget and schedule constraints.
Accountable for ensuring overall team performance adheres to budgetary and schedule guidelines.
Communicates goals, scope, approach, and schedule clearly to assigned personnel.
Establishes budgets, forecasts, manpower requirements, equipment needs, and supply requirements for the assigned area of responsibility.
Leads team members in completion of proposals, contract deliverables, task order review, briefings, and presentations.
Provides subject matter expertise and advice to the customer, utilizing knowledge typically acquired through related technical education and experience.
Develops and manages the creation of contract deliverables and reports in accordance with project requirements.
Demonstrates advanced problem-solving skills by identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

BS. degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field. Desired M.S. degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field.
Active Secret Clearance
2+ years relevant data management experience
Candidate should demonstrate abilities to understand difficult problems, derive relevant resolutions, and communicate effectively.
Motivated self-starter who is able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment, often with minimal guidance and within rigid timelines.
Ability to communicate requirements clearly with external partners.
Apply their skills in a fast-paced environment where more than one project may require their attention at any given time.
Experience with the MS Office Suite of products.
