Your Role:
- Expert Prep: Ensure operating rooms and equipment are meticulously prepared for each procedure.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and medical staff to guarantee successful surgeries.
- Precision Assistance: Handle preoperative tasks, position patients correctly, and manage surgical sites with precision.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate the needs of surgeons, oversee equipment, and maintain inventory.
- Safety Focused: Monitor patient vital signs, uphold infection control standards, and ensure confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified and Experienced: You possess a high school diploma (or equivalent), have completed a surgical tech program, and hold certification with at least 1 year of cardiology experience.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with surgical equipment and technology.
- Team-Oriented: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Physically Fit: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
