PlanITROI leverages the circular economy to do social good, by turning clients' old returned, retired, or idle IT devices (laptops, PCs, smartphones, tablets, etc.) into recertified, affordable technology solutions sold directly and through the largest retailers in the world Enterprise Account Manager: PlanITROI seeks a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage accounts and relationships with our enterprise-level clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products or services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the enterprise market. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise-level clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations. Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Drive growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to address client needs proactively. Prepare and present regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service-level agreements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related working experience. Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the enterprise market. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account management best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
