We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales department. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for outbound call campaigns, communicating concerns and answers internally and externally, analyzing data and collaborating. To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication and sales skills, perseverance and creativity. Ultimately, you will help T-CETRA interact with its dealers and ensure they have what they need to be successful.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound call campaigns.
- Address issues with Vidapay that could be hindering dealers.
- Communicate dealers needs and expectations to the appropriate team.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze consumer behavior data (Salesforce, CRM, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Google AdWords e.g.).
- Collaborate with other teams and departments when outreach assistance is appropriate.
- Report on data collected, conversion rates and other topics as assigned.
- Develop, design and lead campaigns to completion.
- Support and educate the dealer on products, troubleshoot when appropriate.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- 5% travel within assigned area.
- Execute on area initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization and time management skills, detail oriented.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills.
- Proven sales experience in a multi-store environment.
- Ability to influence key decision makers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
