What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree in an engineering-related field or at least 2 years of experience in quality functions
  • Strong teamwork and project facilitation skills
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and fill out forms accurately
  • Capability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings
  • Understanding of simple mechanical systems with a limited number of components and minimal interrelated movements
  • Ability to sit, use hands to manipulate objects, reach with arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
What You'll Do as a Quality Technician
  • Inspect parts according to specifications using various tools, gauges, and equipment
  • Prepare and properly file quality records
  • Maintain and organize quality records
  • Initiate and implement corrective actions as directed
  • Perform rework on parts as needed
  • Conduct audits of processes and parts
  • Carry out cycle counts as directed
  • Compile data for management reports
  • Coordinate calibration and service requirements
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
