You will provide technical support to customers, primarily made up of Emergency Management Agencies and Nuclear Plants throughout the US.  You'll be part of a team that provides robust solutions used by customers that have the need for critical, assured communications, and alert and warning capabilities.

Our systems are hyper-critical in nature. They exist to protect lives and simply need to work every time. Our products are proprietary and include messaging, emergency alerting, and custom voice notification systems designed around our proprietary telephones through a satellite communication network with over 600 customer sites nationwide.

You will:

· Provide technical support to customer base in the areas of product configuration, problem resolution, and end user training.

· Handle multiple projects at the same time.

· Analyze customer calls and provide feedback to the Hardware and Software engineers for continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications:

· Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.

· Operate with a security and reliability-first mindset.

· In-depth knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.

· Strong experience with VoIP and SIP systems

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to work effectively with customers over the telephone or remote desktop sessions to resolve problems.

· Strong communication skills ands extremely personable with customers.

· Highly effective at collaboration.

· Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
