Job Description For External Posting

The Manufacturing Master Data Specialistdo the following:

  • Manage the production of balance sheets and closings (end of campaigns, end of month) in particular on the product lines operating in the sector, by integrating workshop and square footage yields, on Starches (from semi-finished products to finished products), Chemicals and Packaging
  • Manage the updating of training documents, reflex sheets and the maintenance of Symphony (SAP) standards within US manufacturing.
  • Build and manage daily / weekly / monthly management tools
  • Manage the construction of automatic data extraction tools (support files for workshop reports, chemical products, etc.), alert in the event of deviation.
  • Promote harmonization and sharing between End Users of documents, tools and practices.
  • Map hard points/needs to evolve
  • Propose evolutions of Symphony (SAP) models
  • Manage the updating of Master data
  • Train and support Key Users and supervisors in the transactions necessary for their position and, if necessary, in the material balance
  • Coordinate and communicate SAP best practices and changes mainly in the production area and its interfaces
  • Manage the reporting and processing SAP anomalies in the divisions under easy vista
  • Monitor the processing of SAP anomalies using dashboards
  • Participate in the evolution of the Symphony solution (test, improvement, proposal)
  • Communicate with production teams about upcoming SAP maintenance (scope, impact, date and duration)

Required Competencies, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations or Manufacturing Controlling
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP type product costing system in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
