Join our team as the Behavioral Health Program Director at Rushford Center, a leading provider of addiction and mental health services. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee our program supervisors and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. As the Program Director, you will manage program operations, supervise staff, monitor budgets, and maintain quality customer service relationships. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a comprehensive healthcare network.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Current CT licensure as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Minimum of 4 years' supervisory/administrative experience in clinical work (social work, nursing, psychology, etc.).
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
