Job Title: ERP Supply Chain Management Specialist (Hospital Background)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Supply Chain Management Specialist with a background in hospital operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing ERP systems within healthcare settings, with a focus on optimizing supply chain processes to ensure efficient inventory management, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions that meet the unique needs of hospital supply chain management.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP modules related to supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, processes, and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems and processes.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to hospital supply chain management and ERP systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ERP supply chain management best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Epic, with a focus on supply chain management modules.
  • Strong understanding of hospital supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, distribution, and vendor management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Relevant certifications in ERP systems and supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
