You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:

• Provide technical assistance within AMPA and between other regions in HR systems administration and troubleshooting.

• Provide support with various HRIS and Payroll projects and objectives, including system training, reporting requests, and data analysis.

• Perform regular audits and maintenance of HR data, identifying recurring issues and designing and implementing process improvement as needed.
• Identify areas of improvement in process or system design and provide recommendations to management.
• Maintain and expand knowledge and training on HRIS, Payroll and other related HR Systems.
• Train user groups such as employees and managers on system policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain documentation of HR system procedures.
• Special projects as assigned.

To be considered, you will need:
• Bachelors degree in HR, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, or related field.
• Past experience in HR systems or IT, preferably in a multinational organization, preferred.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and basic formulas such as VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with report writing in SQL is a plus.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus.

As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
