Job Description:
Installation and configuration: Citrix admins are responsible for installing and configuring Citrix products, such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Client (formerly known as NetScaler), and Citrix Workspace.
User management: They handle user provisioning, access control, and user profile management within the Citrix environment.
Monitoring and troubleshooting: Citrix admins monitor the performance and health of Citrix infrastructure, identify and resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
Security management: They implement security measures to protect the Citrix environment, including user authentication, data encryption, and access control policies.
