Looking for a strong Onsite L3 Candidate who is flexible and has strong VDI support (Citrix DaaS, Citrix On-Prem, Azure, AWS) background. Candidate will be required to work near to customer and maintaining good relationships with customer is a needed attribute.

Citrix Cloud on Azure and AWS hosting Environment.

MS Azure Administration Knowledge

Management & Administration of

a.Citrix DaaS (Cloud)

b.On-Prem XenDesktop VDI Environment.

c.Creating V-Disks from PvS servers/ Citrix App Layer

NetScaler/Citrix ADC Administration

i)Managing NetScaler MPX and GSLB

ii)​Load Balancing

iii)​NS/Firmware upgrade exposure

iv)​HA configuration

v)​NS upgrade in HA (High Availability)

vi)​NS home page change/update

vii)​Sending notification on NS page

viii)​Certificate update

ix)​NS vulnerability fix

x)Knowledge/working experience on LACP

Monitoring Tools exposure (eG Innovation, Splunk, New Relic etc.)

PowerShell Knowledge

Candidate must be willing to work in 24X7 environment.

Flexible to support critical issues for Severity Incidents in Off Peak Hours/Weekend

Weekend support for planned Infrastructure Changes

Strong Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management)

Strong documentation knowledge for SOP/Runbook creation as well as Change Preparation documentation

Willingness to work in high pressure environment.

Must have collaboration exposure with Offshore support team and performed same roles in previous experiences

Strong Communication skills with customer relationship experience

Candidate will need to work with Offshore team based out of India to support customer VDI Infrastructure
