The Position
- The Director of Case Management will provide strategic, operational, and administrative oversight to the Case Management, Social Services and Utilization Review Department for the system.
- Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer this leader will oversee a team of approximately 18 FTEs.
- This leader will focus on enhancing length of stay metrics and streamlining discharge planning processes.
- Ideal candidates will be seasoned leaders who possess a robust blend of firmness and flexibility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional operational and strategic acumen, ensuring effective and visionary leadership.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Business is required.
- A minimum of five years of Case Management and/or Social Work experience is required.
- A minimum of five years of management experience is required.
- Healthcare experience is required.
- Boone Health, a 392-bed full-service hospital, is in Boone County and is focused on improving the health of the people within the 26 counties that they serve.
