Key Responsibilities

  • Fast-Paced Production: Create, modify, and finalize designs swiftly to meet daily turnaround goals and tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • High Volume Output: Manage and execute a high volume of production tasks, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
  • Precision and Accuracy: Ensure all produced materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
  • Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with designers, marketing and sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver assets accordingly.
  • Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in project scope, deadlines, and feedback, ensuring efficient turnaround of revisions and new requests.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

  • A four-year degree in graphic design or other related field is recommended, with 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a strong portfolio demonstrating speed and high-volume output.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
