Tecovas is looking for a Production Coordinator to enhance our production efforts internally. Reporting directly to the Senior Producer, you will assist in the coordination and organization of various photo and video shoots within the Content team to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate for the role has entry-level production or project management experience, is incredibly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude.

This role is required to be based in Austin, TX. Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

What you'll do:

  • Support producers and in-house studio with productions of all types and scales - brand campaigns, product walkthroughs, lifestyle, and studio shoots.
  • Process and organize production paperwork, including location releases, talent releases, vendor paperwork, and invoices.
  • Support logistics, packing, and preparation for all shoots.
  • Manage the shipping of product samples, supplies, and equipment to shoots and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for producers, crew, and talent, as required.
  • Provide on-set production support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production and studio teams to keep project status tools updated.
Experience we're looking for:
  • At least 1 year of production experience is a plus but not required; a solid understanding or interest in production is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in a photography studio or fashion retail advertising, marketing, or creative environment is a plus.
