Primary Purpose: Support of the Princeton ISD Desktop Environment

Provide Princeton ISD with an effective and professional resource for managing helpdesk tickets. Providing support to Princeton ISD Students / Staff to solve technical problems.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications

Experience

Major Responsibilities and Duties

Computer Network - responsible for the day to day operations of the user environment through-out Princeton ISD, working helpdesk tickets which could include the following tasks:
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets
  • Image and troubleshoot and Windows and Apple workstations
  • Document processes used by Princeton ISD
  • Help new users get oriented with the Princeton ISD network
  • Perform all other duties assigned.
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (wired / wireless)
  • Perform maintenance on Classroom Audio / Visual devices
Other Duties
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor

Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors
  • Several tasks and projects open simultaneously. Maintaining composure under pressure is a necessity at all times. Some after-hour and weekend work required for maintenance, upgrades, and installations. Must be able to lift PC's and printers.
