Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Sales Manager to oversee and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will hold team members accountable, track sales and leads, and fill in vacant roles as needed. This role requires a hands-on approach, with frequent visits to team members to support and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable for their performance and targets.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and leads, ensuring the team meets and exceeds goals.
  • Step in and fill roles that are vacant to maintain continuous business operations.
  • Conduct regular visits to team members to provide support, guidance, and motivation.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the nursing home and home health space.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold team members accountable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to visit team members and clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
