This role will support accounts as their day to day contact by processing orders, handling any returns or damages and providing the necessary tools for success online and in-store. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales this is a great opportunity to work with a leading brand in fragrance and top retailers across the country. No travel required.

Who we are:

Europerfumes is the leading US distributor of artisanal fragrance brands. Founded in 1997, Europerfumes has decades of experience vetting and sourcing the best independent brands from all over the world. Today our portfolio includes over 15 brands (Xerjoff, Juliette Has a Gun, Vilhelm Parfumerie, Roja, Montale and more) for which we manage everything within the US. This management ranges from a brand's online store, social media presence, and retail distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry.
  • RTV's & Damage Claims
  • CRM & POS maintenance: Customer information, Line sheets, Term Agreements, etc.
  • Sales Analysis: Achieve and report on monthly sell-in targets.
  • Competitive research: Generating lead lists, running web audits, etc.
  • Assisting with special projects: Organizing events, creating mailer campaigns, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • at least 1 year related experience preferred (including internship)
  • Interest/knowledge of luxury brands/beauty/fragrance
  • Professional demeanor and ability to take initiative
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent time management and a desire to learn
  • Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is a must.
