What You'll Do:
  • Assist in shipping, receiving, and stocking of parts in our warehouse and technician vans.
  • Take customer orders via email, phone, and at the counter.
  • React promptly to issues and unexpected emergencies.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying and handling parts using online sources and team knowledge.
  • Uphold a courteous and respectful attitude towards co-workers, customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
  • Collaborate within a team, offering support as needed.
  • Contribute to inventory management tasks and uphold company safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Consistent attendance during scheduled hours.
  • Availability for overtime.
Qualifications:
  • Effective communication in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Ability to follow instructions and detailed procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and fast, accurate data entry.
  • Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
