Key Responsibilities:

- Data Security: Implement data security controls and encryption mechanisms to protect sensitive data assets and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Document data architecture designs, processes, and best practices, providing clear and comprehensive documentation to facilitate understanding and collaboration among team members.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver data architecture solutions that meet business needs.
- Mentorship and Development: Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for skill development and career growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, with significant experience in designing, building, and optimizing data architecture solutions.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques, with experience designing and implementing data models and schemas for data warehouses, data lakes, and other data systems.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and techniques, with experience integrating data from diverse sources and systems.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices, including data quality management, metadata management, and data lineage tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to design and troubleshoot complex data architecture issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
