Responsibilities:



Design and implement data solutions that align with the financial industry's standards and requirements.
Develop and implement architectural strategies for metadata management, operational data stores, and ETL environments, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and performance.
Define and implement data dictionary definitions, governance practices, and standards to ensure data quality and consistency across the organization.
Design and implement scalable and efficient data storage solutions using Snowflake, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
Develop and manage cloud-based data architectures, ensuring scalability and security.
Leverage expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and mining to drive insights and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data systems and streamline data flow.
Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and data governance within the financial domain.
Review and analyze the organization's data infrastructure, recommending and implementing optimized database solutions.
Conduct data quality assessments and implement measures to enhance accuracy and integrity.
Guide the adoption of new data technologies and methodologies to keep pace with industry trends.
Apply advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing to create efficient and effective data structures.



Apps/Tools/Technology: IBM Datastage, Snowflake, DBT, Snaplogic, Oracle DIH (probable)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Architect, preferably within the financial services industry.
Cloud certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with data security and privacy standards.
