Job Description
We are seeking one Web Designer to build car dealer websites on our in-house and proprietary platform. You will be responsible for writing strong HTML and CSS, porting pages and designing graphics. Relevant experience will come from your work in fields such as website development, graphic design, and client relations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop website front-ends
- Build and optimize custom graphics
- Work quickly through new website builds and change requests
- Participate in group success team meetings
- Optimize existing websites
Requirements:
- Mastery of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop
- Previous experience finishing website development projects
- Ability to evaluate core web vitals and follow best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Not Required:
- Additional consideration will be given for strong JavaScript skills.
We are seeking one experienced and passionate web designer with an excellent grasp of building out front-end website code from a vision statement, through prototyping, and to completion. Remora builds websites and web-based business management tools for car dealerships across the United States. As a Remora team member, you will be working on our flagship product: a car dealership website management platform with a robust inventory management system. You will be responsible for driving projects to completion in tandem with our in-house and remote development teams and for making updates to projects as requirements change. Responsibilities include working alongside our design and development teams to create new websites from scratch.
This role builds out websites and ensures that clients are happy with the final result and projects are completed on-time. The web designer we are looking for will have the responsibility for managing the front-end of their assigned websites. You will incorporate strict quality control measures and must have a strong understanding of website development processes. You must be able to communicate and co-ordinate well with our in-house developers and our remote team.
