We specialize in hauling refrigerated food throughout the eastern half of the country and are looking for an individual eager to break into the world of trucking and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of refrigerated food shipments
- Collaborate with drivers, customers and internal team to ensure on-time deliveries
- Track and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates to stakeholders
- Resolve transportation-related issues and discrepancies promptly
- Assist in the development of logistics strategies to improve operations
Qualifications:
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, brokerage, logistics, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
