Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team at PepsiCo North America Beverages. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations, providing administrative support to drivers, and serving as a liaison between drivers, mechanics, and other internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide drivers with all necessary administrative requirements for trips, directions, and tolls.
  • Serve as driver contact for on-the-road problems.
  • Manage tractor assignments and contact drivers to perform work as needed.
  • Accurately record yard activity using the yard sheet inventory system.
  • Track trailers movements in the yard and drops.
  • Schedule deliveries and backhaul pickups as required.
  • First step accident reporting process.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of customer service/dispatching experience.
  • High school degree or GED.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
  • Ability to work with constraints and deadlines with good customer service skills.
  • Independent decision-making and ability to work without supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Competitive salary range: $37,000 - $58,950.
