Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Development Project Manager to assist with our projects in Columbus Ohio

Key Responsibilities
  • We're seeking a self-motivated professional Project Manager in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture specializing in Private Development with a desire to grow personally and professionally
  • In this role, you will put your problem solving, logic, and creativity to the test leading a multi-discipline and highly interactive team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and technicians.
  • You will work with developers, planners, builders, and local review agencies to provide dynamic design solutions on commercial, industrial , residential and institutional development projects
  • Daily, you will oversee all phases of design while helping to develop efficient, timely, and cost-effective solutions for MSG
  • Experience with industry design standards, guidelines and specifications (i.e., City of Columbus and surrounding counties, ODOT, and etc.) and knowledge of AutoCad/Civil 3D grading is expected
  • Proficiency in independent preparation of stormwater plans and reports, drainage pipe calculations, roadway design and survey experience is a plus

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 10+ years' of experience in design and plan preparation, with at least 4 years of site development projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, preferably working as a licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect.
