Job Overview

">

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of site construction from project initiation to completion. This role involves supervising Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns, ensuring quality control and safety standards are met, and maintaining a collaborative relationship with local inspectors and code enforcement officials.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with ground-up projects">
  • Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing diverse teams">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously">
  • Excellent teaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing junior staff members">
