The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.

Responsibilities
- Understand client business needs and requirements
- Understand the current system and how it functions
- Assist in design and development of applications based on business requirement
- Test upgrades and modifications to the system
- Creating manual and automated test scenarios, and testing the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines
- Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
- Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines
- Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities
- Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours)
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Experience with Business Requirements Analysis
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience with AWS, Cloud, Pega
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
- Able to develop strong client relationships.
