The Role:

The responsibilities of a Pharmacy Technician are varied. Under the supervision of the pharmacy supervisor and/or lead, a pharmacy technician's essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily cleaning of medication trays
  • Replenishment of medication trays using TRAYSAFE equipment and software
  • Label medications according to expiration dates including refrigerated product
  • Preparing invoices and delivering medications to member facilities
Qualifications

The Successful Candidate:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician program (preferred)
  • One Year related Pharmacy Technician experience.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, a commitment to professional development, and the ability to multi-task are essential.
  • Ability to don/use required personal protective equipment.
