Job Role: A challenging role that requires an experienced hand at analyzing potential Alteryx automation candidates by closely working with On & Off Shore stakeholders. The developer would be responsible for effort estimations, performing solution & feasibility studies, building designs & developing Alteryx workflows while working in conjunction with the extended offshore Development team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • On hands experience (3+ Years) in design and development of ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx Designer.
  • Experience in configuring and optimizing Alteryx Server and Gallery.
  • Will write complex SQL queries with multiple joins to automate/manipulate extracts in Alteryx.
  • Works in partnership with the other IT teams and stakeholders concerning the accuracy of data and efficiency of processes.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to liaise directly with the customer if required.
  • Understanding requirements and providing effort estimations along with feasibility study for implementation.
  • Ability to create high and low level technical and solution design documents.
  • Prepare technical specifications and documentation for Alteryx workflows that would be managed by end users.
  • Perform end to end data validation to maintain accuracy of data sets
  • Lead discussions with Business Analyst/Team Lead to identify functional requirements resulting in data acquisition for BI applications.
  • Experience with Web Services (REST APIs etc.), and experience coding in Python; working knowledge of XML and JSON
  • Develop re-useable processes that can be leveraged and standardized for multiple instances.
  • Possess good knowledge of best practices for development and movement of code i.e. using code repository branches.
  • Ensure application stability and performance by monitoring existing workflows to ensure they are working correctly and that they reconcile with the source.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support to business functions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Alteryx workflows and data connections.
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams to integrate Alteryx with other systems and platforms.
  • Staying updated with the latest features and capabilities of Alteryx and recommending enhancements or upgrades.
Preferable Added Skills:
  • Knowledge & on hands experience working with UiPath or other RPA platforms.
