Essential Technical Skills and Competencies: Min 10+years exp required
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Should possess Certification in Red Hat Linux administration.
  • Excellent knowledge on Linux Operating system with good virtualization knowledge on VMWare.
  • Excellent knowledge on Solaris 11 Operating system, zones, ZFS, Zpool.
  • Excellent knowledge on Veritas Volume Manager and Veritas cluster.
  • Good knowledge of Cloud platforms such as VMware, Redhat OpenShift.
  • Experience in writing Shell or Perl script

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in multiple Geo Redundant sites (Preferred knowledge of VRP tool)
  • Experience with technologies for continuous multi-site replication
  • Familiar with the following technologies: Server Hardware, OS - OEL (Oracle Enterprise Linux) IBM AIX, Sun Solaris, VM Ware, Storage SANs; Oracle Databases; Network Switches.
  • Certifications in VMware or other relevant technologies like OpenShift, Dockers would be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience of working in a DevOps / Agile environment will be added advantage.
