Our team consists of former prosecutors who are skilled trial attorneys. They bring deep experience from government criminal prosecution, where proof beyond a reasonable doubt is required.

Our team, comprising former prosecutors who are seasoned trial attorneys, brings extensive experience from the government side of criminal prosecution, where the burden of proof is beyond a reasonable doubt. We handle criminal defense, domestic violence, and municipal court matters. Additionally, we represent victims navigating the criminal justice system, providing education, guidance, and support during investigations and reviews.

Our Partners:

Robert Bianchi: Former Hudson County Prosecutor's Office attorney, complex civil litigation and criminal defense expert, appointed by the New Jersey governor to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office (2007-2013).

David Bruno: Former assistant prosecutor with the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, experienced in prosecuting and defending major crimes, including death by auto cases.

Bob, Dave, and our team have collaborated with various experts in forensic pathology, ballistics, DNA and fingerprint analysis, accident reconstruction, toxicology, and mechanical engineering. They also serve as legal analysts for national media, providing expert commentary on various cases and legal issues, and are hosts and contributors on the Crime Network and Court TV.

Position Overview:

We are expanding our services to include a Wills, Trusts, and Estates Planning department and are seeking a knowledgeable attorney for a part-time counsel position. This 1099 role offers the flexibility to provide expert legal counsel while being part of our esteemed team. As we grow this department, there will be expanded scope and role opportunities, making this a unique opportunity to start and shape a new department within our firm in a part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personal injury cases from initial consultation through resolution, including trial if necessary.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and case investigations.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Provide clients with compassionate and clear communication throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with experts in relevant fields to build strong cases.
  • Report to the huddle and the team of former prosecutors regularly for strategic collaboration
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a prosecutor or in insurance defense/plaintiff personal injury litigation.
  • Proven track record of handling personal injury cases from inception to completion.
  • Strong courtroom and trial experience.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage a caseload.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with complex civil litigation.
  • Familiarity with forensic and medical experts.
  • Knowledge of New Jersey personal injury law.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
