The successful candidate will manage the administrative and operational needs of the global marketing team, streamline communication across regions, and assist in executing high-impact global marketing initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen understanding of global business dynamics, and the ability to handle complex, multi-region projects.

Global Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CMO, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and coordinating travel across multiple time zones.
  • Assist the CEO on priority matters including travel, meeting coordination. special projects and executive communication.

Cross-Regional Coordination:

  • Act as the central point of contact for regional marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and facilitate global marketing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

Project and Process Management:

  • Support the implementation and management of global marketing processes, tools, and policies to ensure efficiency and consistency across regions.
  • Assist in tracking and managing global marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

Global Event and Campaign Support:

  • Provide logistical support for global marketing events, product launches, and campaigns, including coordinating with regional teams and external partners.
  • Assist in the adaptation and execution of global marketing initiatives in different regions, ensuring cultural and market relevance.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Assist in organizing  the global marketing budget including tracking expenses across regions.
  • Coordinate the procurement and distribution of global marketing materials and assets.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare reports and presentations for the CMO on global marketing performance and observed trends.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data from regional marketing teams to provide insights for decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a liaison between the CMO, CEO, and other senior leaders, facilitating alignment and communication across the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies, vendors, and partners, to support global marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing administrative or coordination role, preferably with a global focus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience working in the Music Instruments industry is a plus.
