Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

Participate in all operational activities of the modification department, including receiving, staging, unpackaging, modifying, repackaging, and shipping assembled cabinetry along with the associated paperwork flow.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the modification of assembled cabinets according to the order description.

  • Work within a team framework to produce and modify cabinets, either individually or with a team member.

  • Operate and maintain all woodworking tools, hand tools, and power tools used to unassemble, modify, and reassemble cabinetry.

  • Complete all associated paperwork accurately.

  • Receive, unload, and stage incoming assembled cabinetry for modification.

  • Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and rules.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

  • Adhere to the Core Values and Quality System, including ISO procedures, corrective and preventative actions, customer complaint policy, and best practices to achieve continuous process improvements and ensure total customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating professionally, courteously, and respectfully with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

  • Exercise good judgment and common sense in all tasks.

3rd shift Sunday-Thursday from 8:30 pm to 5:15 am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
