Job Overview & Responsibilities
The Senior Account Executive is responsible expanding revenue growth and market expansion for our new commercial business lines. This senior sales role will focus on expanding our reach in key areas such as cloud solutions, hardware and software reselling (specifically Oracle), IT consulting services, managed services, multi-cloud strategy, and AI/ML-driven solutions. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, establish strong C-level relationships and lead complex enterprise deals from qualification through closure, coordinating cross-functional teams including solution architects, delivery teams, and partner ecosystems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships within assigned territory, with a focus on cloud transformation, AI/ML solutions, and enterprise software/hardware solutions.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision makers, serving as a trusted advisor to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey across multi-cloud environments.
- Create and present compelling business cases and ROI analyses to demonstrate value proposition of our solutions portfolio, including Oracle partnerships, managed services, and consulting offerings.
- Lead complex enterprise deals from qualification through closure, coordinating cross-functional teams including solution architects, delivery teams, and partner ecosystems.
- Forecast sales activities and revenue pipeline with high accuracy while maintaining detailed opportunity and account plans in CRM.
- Collaborate with product teams and delivery organizations to develop innovative solutions that address emerging client needs in areas like AI/ML implementation and cloud migration.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, long-cycle enterprise deals ($3M+).
- Demonstrated experience selling professional services, managed services, and vendor solutions (particularly Oracle ecosystem).
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSAs)
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT landscape including cloud platforms (Oracle and preferably AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure solutions, and emerging technologies like AI/ML.
- Ability to leverage existing network of contacts within commercial market, Oracle Channel and Sales organizations.
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-level stakeholders on business strategy and technology roadmaps.
- Excellence in solution selling, including the ability to understand customer challenges and architect comprehensive solutions leveraging our full portfolio.
- Ability to prioritize and organize competing priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Expertise working with MS Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to collaborate within a team and other departments across the organization.
- Strong time management and self-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
