Pay | $18 per hour
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of inbound/outbound calling experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Technical Support Representative responsibilities include providing service support by actively helping customers and co-workers. You will happily call back clients, assist customers with their inquiries, manage mail and CRM, and fulfill additional clerical tasks as needed. You will succeed in this role if you are highly organized, and have strong communication, and time management skills. More so, a positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn will not go unnoticed.
