Starting Pay: $24.80/hr with a pay increase after 90 days.

Schedules Include:

  • 85% of Driver routes allow you to be home daily.
  • Typical schedule: 4x12 shifts.
  • Saturday deliveries may be required.
  • Driver vacation coverage may include some night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to deliver orders on time to customers.
  • Unload products carefully from the trailer using equipment or by hand, placing them in designated areas.
  • Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
  • Handle collections and payments when applicable.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to enhance client relations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively.
  • Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions, making frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid CDL Class A license issued by your state with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • At least six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months in food/beverage delivery.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred, as required in certain locations.
  • Proficient in reading and communicating in English.
