Client Support Specialist

Examinetics is looking for someone with client support experience to join our growing client success team. The support specialist role is a mix of proactive client engagement and reactive customer support.

In this role, you will help our customers with support for our service platforms: the client portal, our tablet audiometer, and an online clearance platform. When our clients contact us for technical assistance, questions, or other support, we need friendly and helpful members of the team to deliver great service. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and doing outbound customer outreach as necessary.

8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients who call or email for support with our service platforms
  • Establish new accounts for the client portal (XM Solutions)
  • Help clients with finding and understanding information on the client portal, or help with login issues
  • Establish new accounts for the clearance platform (On Clear)
  • Troubleshoot and provide support for tablet audiometer service; Diagnose and solve basic technical problems using troubleshooting guides
  • Onboard clients before using tablet audiometer
  • Make proactive calls to clients on the dashboard who need assistance
  • Make proactive outreach to low use or heavy use clients to maintain their level of satisfaction with tablet audiometer
  • Act as a tele-technician for the hearing testing service, as needed
  • Report on outreach efforts to inform internal success metrics
Job Requirements:

Education and/or Experiences:
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Must be customer service oriented with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with multiple interruptions.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Computer literacy in a windows environment.
  • Exhibits a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • iPad familiarity
  • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth familiarity
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Will need to complete CAOHC Certification coursework post hire, provided by Examinetics
