Fast-paced Foodservice Distributor is currently seeking an IT Support tech level 1 for our Temecula, CA. Support Center. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, organized, meticulous, team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Southwest Traders, Inc. is seeking an individual with in-depth and broad IT knowledge to provide support for the day-to-day operations of the IT department. The following list of responsibilities may be required daily with more than one function required at a time:

  • Manage maintain SWT MDM devices daily.
  • Manage all desktop support for all pc clients.
  • Work with operations on the WMS for performance improvement and reporting.
  • Maintain daily work and IT support tickets.
  • Ability to work IT Projects / CIP on already existing task
  • After hours and on call support of computer systems
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Able to multitask also manage his/her workflow.
  • Able to report weekly on workload and tasks.
  • Collaborates with business, for performance improvement.
  • Develops solutions according to specified business requirements.
  • Writes optimal, efficient, and well-documented SOP’s.
  • Resolves technical issues through troubleshooting, research, and investigation.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • HS Diploma, College courses a plus.
  • Working technical knowledge of Windows, Android, also basic networking.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel including Pivot Tables, Macros, and formulas.
  • Flexible and willing to learn new technologies
  • Able to rotate after hour support calls when needed.
  • Proven attention to detail through writing work instructions, SOPs, and training materials
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Willing to travel to other locations
  • Passionate about working with new technology
  • Technical certifications a plus
