This individual will join an established team and will work with various stakeholders in the organization. This is a Contract-to-Hire position. This position requires the ability to be onsite, in the corporate office located in Quincy, IL at least 3 days per week.

Business Solutions Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Level 2 user support of Cloud ERP financial applications for multiple locations
  • Advanced BI reporting and use of analytic tools for data analysis
  • Assist with technology integrations, process implementations, and third party products
  • Monitor business and technology trends to ensure future system capabilities are in-line with business needs

Business Solutions Analyst Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Business or Information Systems; 4 years' experience as Business Analyst or similar; or an equivalent certification(s) preferred
  • ERP financial application support experience
  • Experience with Infor LN and Birst Business Intelligence and Analytics, or Oracle Cloud OTBI, a plus
  • Experienced analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to translate technical information into a non-technical representation
  • Rapid learning ability regarding new knowledge and skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
