The Real Estate Listings Project Manager provides a comprehensive listing service to all new Kiawah Island Real Estate listings and proactively works with KIRE Sales Executives to present our listings in the best possible way. This is a FULL-TIME position.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a coordinator between the agents, marketing, and the client on all new brokerage listings
  • Work with the KIRE SE and marketing to ensure a listing is available for market in a timely manner
  • Liaise between legal/S/E and assistants on specific listing needs
  • Create workflows for all new listings on the marketing server
  • Schedule and review photography and drone video for all new listings
  • Manage listing copy and liaise with KIRE Sales Executive for client/S/E approval
  • Coordinate new listing brochures and get approval before printing, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
  • Audit new listings as they post live on the KIRE website
  • Participate in the weekly home tours for new listings
  • Support KIRE S/E with any staging needs as requested for photography
  • Manage updates to the marketing object in the CRM system
  • Edit and update Propertybase reports as required
  • Work with outside vendors to generate assets for new listings
  • Complete assigned projects as requested
Qualifications/Skills Set
  • EXCELLENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • Ideally 3 years marketing experience and/or real estate experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • A self-starter, who is an effective communicator both orally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiar with a MAC.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
