Identifies and meets the patient's needs under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse in compliance with hospital policy and procedure. Administers, maintains, and terminates IV's and IV medication as specified under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse in compliance with hospital policy and procedure. Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program. -Current LPN Licensure in the state of West Virginia. -Current CPR certification. -Completion of UHC's Licensed Practical Nurse II Certification Course.
