Position Summary: Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Identifies and meets the patient's needs under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse in compliance with hospital policy and procedure. Administers, maintains, and terminates IV's and IV medication as specified under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse in compliance with hospital policy and procedure.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program.

- Current LPN Licensure in the state of West Virginia.

- Current CPR certification.

- Completion of UHC's Licensed Practical Nurse II Certification Course.
