About the Position

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area, with the opportunity to develop healthcare solutions alongside our Engineering team. The Software Engineer will be encouraged to take ownership of content builds assigned to them as well as familiarize themselves with existing builds and be able to help troubleshoot any errors as they arise.

This role is required to be on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters. Clinical Architecture offers ample flexibility to accommodate healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to identify requirements and to coordinate software development projects.
  • Analyze problem definitions, requirements, and solution development.
  • Work in an agile environment where creative solutions and collaboration are encouraged.
  • Participate in the development and support of company software products.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience with a focus on Transact-SQL for SQL Server stored procedures and some C# experience required.
  • T-SQL, Stored Procedures, C#, REST, SQL Server preferred.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment.
