Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Engineer to join our team at Allegion. As a key member of our Quality Engineering Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of our custom software product portfolio.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the quality efforts for digital products, developing and enabling the team to execute comprehensive test automation code and test cases, and collaborating with product teams and product management to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
As a seasoned Quality Engineer, you will have a deep understanding of quality engineering principles, test automation methodologies, and software testing concepts. You will be passionate about exploring emerging test automation toolsets and willing to adopt new technologies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality leadership at the product team level.
- Coach and mentor quality automation engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Participate in day-to-day Quality Engineering Activities.
