This is a part-time, 24 hours/week, mix- shift opening. There is a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holiday rotation. You may also be required to float to other areas as needed.

$1,500 Bonus eligible

Who you are:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in the Cardiovascular Surgical Unit for Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you are an integral member of the unit-based care delivery team, providing the highest quality of compassionate care to our patients and their family members. You are an advocate for your patient and understand your role in maintaining a safe patient environment.

What you'll do:

• Under the guidance of the Registered Nurse, you will perform a variety of duties, to include, but not limited to the following:

o Activities of Daily Living

• Bathing

• Changing bed

• Assistance with bathing/showering

• Helping patients get dressed

• Assistance with meal times

o Assisting with Transfers and Ambulation

o Removal of follies and Ivy's

o Prepping patients for cardiac procedures

o Ambulation

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• Current registration in the State of New Hampshire as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

• Requires the ability to utilize and navigate electronic clinical documentation system in order to enter patient data

• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)

o Note: If not BLS certified through AHA, must obtain within 21 days from date of hire

• High School diploma or equivalent
