Civil Site Project Manager

Leading civil engineering firm in Raleigh is adding a PM to the team to work within the civil site department in preparing construction documents on a variety of development projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial site plans, and similar projects.

Responsibilities include:

- Performing civil engineering designs including site layout, stormwater management, storm drainage design, erosion control, water and sanitary sewer, grading, permitting, etc.

- Providing supporting calculations for earthwork

- Producing roadway grades and alignments

- Producing mass grading plans

- Performing subdivision layout

- Providing construction quantity takeoff

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- EIT or PE licensure required

- 5+ years of experience as a project manager

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a similar field

- Experience with business development preferred
