How you will make an impact As the Associate Director, Quality Partner Liaison, you serve as the pivotal interface between Halozymes Quality organization and our partner network. You will maintain strategic quality oversight, facilitate effective communication, and ensure seamless partner onboarding and integration. You will also be instrumental in conducting agreements and contractual reviews, responding promptly to partner inquiries, hosting on-site audits, and maintaining broad cross-functional relationships internally. In this role, youll have the opportunity to: Act as the primary point of contact for Halozymes Quality organization within the partner network. Conduct thorough reviews of agreements and contracts to ensure alignment with quality standards and company policies. Respond effectively and efficiently to partner requests for information, maintaining an appropriate balance between transparency and confidentiality. Coordinate and hold partner visits for on-site audits, showcasing the companys commitment to Quality. Engage in high-level, strategic discussions with partners, facilitating cross-functional and multidisciplinary dialogues. Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing partner satisfaction and creating a friction-less experience for our partners. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration internally within Halozyme, engaging with teams across the company and within the Quality organization. Ensure compliance with industry standard and regulatory requirements in all partner interactions, To succeed in this role, youll need: BS degree in business administration, Biological Science or Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management, with a significant focus on strategic decision making in a senior leadership role (a combination of education and experience may be considered) Expertise in navigating complex quality systems and standards, with a strong orientation toward strategic quality improvement. Demonstrated proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and projects, with a proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards in both biological production and aseptic filling environments with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. The most likely base pay range for this position is $138K - $208K per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individuals exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Halozyme. Total compensation could include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards.
