Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management with a strong background in .NET, Node.js, Java, cloud technologies, and front-end frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud architecture, deployment models, and DevOps practices.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-functional technical projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project management methodologies, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications in program or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master).
  • Hands-on coding experience or prior technical role in .NET, Node.js, or Java.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment strategies.
  • Technical experience in front-end development (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and UI/UX best practices.
